I am a trauma-informed therapist, utilizing EMDR and an IFS-informed parts work perspective with cognitive restructuring integration. I believe in the power of healing, using a compassionate and strengths-based approach, tailored to the needs of each individual. I am passionate about helping others understand their internal system, how it has been protecting them and understanding how to lean into self-compassion.

I have been a mental health clinician for the last 12 years and a supervisor for the last 7 years. Originally from the Chicagoland area, I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with both a graduate degree in Social Work at the Jane Addams College of Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Informational and Decision Sciences at the College of Business Administration.

I worked in the community mental health field in both Colorado and Illinois for the first 9 years of my career. I have been working with adults in private practice for the last 4 years before founding Aspen Therapy and Wellness with Deborah.

I accept HSA/HRA/FSA, out-of-network and in-network insurance coverage with Optum/United/UMR, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem and Kaiser Health Plans and Kaiser PPO.
