Grace is currently taking new clients.

My name is Grace, and I’m an Associate Mental Health Counselor in the state of Colorado. I earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wyoming in psychology and physiology. I also earned a Master’s degree from the University of Wyoming in mental health counseling.

I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and strive to be both culturally humble and trauma-informed. I primarily work with adults and take a holistic, whole-person approach. My therapeutic approach draws from a person-centered, strength-based approach, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. My areas of clinical interest include 2SLGBTQIAP+ concerns, gender diverse/gender nonconforming concerns, neurodiversity, ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life adjustment concerns. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows you to address your concerns in a way that works for you. I value the opportunity to get to know you and work with you. Please feel free to reach out.

I accept HSA/HRA/FSA, out-of-network and in-network insurance coverage with:

Optum/United/UMR, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna. I also accept private-pay and offer sliding scale for those that qualify. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions about session payment.
